• Devices with enhanced anti-fingerprint or anti-smudge coatings (e.g., certain black models of iPhone 7) may experience weak adhesion or detachment. In such cases, please use the smart grip after attaching a case to your device and refer to this information when purchasing or using the product.
• The grip does not adhere well to curved, uneven, or contaminated surfaces. Adhesion strength may decrease if the adhesive is exposed to sweat, fingerprints, or other residues.
• For devices where the smart grip may not attach securely, we recommend using it with a case that has been tested for adequate adhesion. (Attachment may not be possible on leather or textured cases.)
• Certain protective cases sold on the market may cause physical or chemical changes to the adhesive due to their material. (For example, leather cases may be damaged.)
• Do not use thinner or organic solvents when cleaning the product.
• For bulky or heavy devices such as tablet PCs, always hold the device securely by hand to prevent accidental drops.
